This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use Obsidian Prestige, take any of our diagnostics or quizzes, or buy any of our products and services, including our press article and placement services, and how we use it. WHAT WE COLLECT
- •Your answers: the responses you give in our quizzes, diagnostics, and article questionnaires, including information about you and your business that you provide for articles we write.
- •Contact details: the name, email, and phone number you enter to receive your results, your order, and support.
- •Order details: what you bought and your payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- •Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed, and quiz progress, collected through analytics and the Meta Pixel.
HOW WE USE IT
- •To generate your Authority Index and show your results.
- •To deliver what you bought and send your private access link and receipts.
- •To provide support, including handling refund requests.
- •To improve the funnel and, where permitted, to send relevant follow-ups and measure our marketing.
WHO WE SHARE WITH
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that run the service:
- •Stripe — to process payments securely.
- •Email & CRM tools — to send your results, receipts, and access link.
- •Analytics & Meta — to understand traffic and measure ads. You can opt out of Meta tracking in your ad settings.
- •Hosting & database — to run the site and securely store your entries.
- •Publishing network — for press services, the article content you approve is provided to the outlet(s) that publish it. Published articles are public by design.
DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and our payment and hosting providers encrypt data in transit. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to your local law, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can ask us to stop sending marketing. To exercise any of these, email us using the details below.
