REFUND POLICY

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of The Authority Architecture. We want you to actually use what you bought, so the guarantee is simple and fair: read the Blueprint and the other deliverables, and make a reasonable, good-faith attempt to apply the teachings.

If you do that and still don’t believe the material can help you, email us within those 7 days and we’ll refund every cent. You keep the files.

To keep things straightforward, a qualifying refund request means:

• •The request is made within 7 days of your original purchase.
• •You accessed and read the Blueprint and the other digital deliverables.
• •You made a reasonable, good-faith effort to apply the teachings to your brand.
• •You email us from the address used at checkout so we can locate your order.

For done-for-you press placements (single articles and multi-article packages): if a purchased placement is not live on an outlet in our network within 7 days of you submitting your completed questionnaire and approving the final draft, you may request a full refund of that placement. Time we spend waiting for your questionnaire, your edits, or your approval does not count toward the 7 days.

Once an article is published, that placement has been delivered and is non-refundable. For multi-article packages, refunds are calculated per undelivered article at the package’s per-article rate. Orders we decline under our editorial standards before work begins are refunded in full.

The US Feature Article and any other done-for-you services are produced specifically for you. Once we have begun work on a done-for-you add-on (for example, after you submit your intake form and we start writing or pitching), that add-on is non-refundable, because the work has already been performed on your behalf. If you have not yet submitted your intake and no work has started, the add-on falls under the same 7-day window above.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We do not control that timing.

The Authority Architecture is an educational product. The scores, valuation ranges, and projections in the diagnosis are estimates for illustration, not promises of any specific outcome, placement, ranking, valuation, or revenue. Your results depend on how you apply the material.

Email ops@obsidianprestige.com within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout and a sentence on what you tried. We’ll take it from there.
