TERMS OF SERVICE

The Authority Architecture is a digital education product: a downloadable blueprint and supporting materials (the “Deliverables”) that teach how to write your brand narrative, earn press in outlets like Forbes, trigger a Google Knowledge Panel, and pursue a Wikipedia page. It is information and instruction, not a done-for-you service.

The optional US Feature Article add-on is a done-for-you service in which we write and pitch a feature about you for publication on a US media site, typically within 7 to 14 days, subject to editorial acceptance. Delivery begins after you submit the intake form we provide.

Deliverables are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after a successful payment, via a private link shown on the confirmation page and sent to your email.

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Deliverables for your own brand. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Deliverables or your private access link with anyone else.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to abuse, copy, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. The Authority Architecture is $97, and add-ons such as the US Feature Article are priced separately and added only if you select them. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the total shown, including any add-on you select.

The Authority Architecture is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Add-ons and done-for-you work may be non-refundable once work has begun. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Services are educational. The Authority Index score, valuation ranges, and projections shown in the diagnosis are illustrative estimates, not promises. We do not guarantee any specific press placement, Knowledge Panel, Wikipedia page, search ranking, valuation, sale, or revenue outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party platforms and editors.

All content, branding, frameworks, and Deliverables are owned by Obsidian Prestige and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidian Prestige is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Delaware. These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
